At Human Spirits Educational Group, we believe that strong partnerships between parents and teachers are the foundation of a child’s success. Our Parents-Teacher Meets (PTMs) are designed to foster open communication, track academic progress, and work together toward your child’s holistic development.

📅 PTM Schedule 

We conduct four PTMs annually — one after each quarterly examinations. This ensures regular, meaningful interaction throughout the academic journey.

🤝 Guidelines for Parents

  • Please arrive on time to ensure smooth interactions.

  • Limit meeting time to 5–7 minutes per teacher to accommodate all parents.

  • Maintain a positive and constructive tone during discussions.

  • Avoid discussing other students — focus on your own child’s progress.

  • Collect report cards (if distributed) before leaving.
